Spectra is a corporate spin-off from 5 years of Site Acquisition and government permitting extensive experience which entails completion of property documentation, engineering design, national and local permitting for more than 300 cellsite towers. This was preceded by the successful manpower contract completion which required the mobilization of more than a thousand contract admin employees, delivery personnel and riders to deliver Comelec equipment and documents in North Luzon and Bicol areas in the span of 2 weeks.

We transformed the core team to a fully functioning business support ualgroup that is well trained to assist businesses in its manpower and documentation requirements and help mitigate delay risks.

Spectra Site Acquisition and Engineering team reached the milestone of completing the Ready-to-Build stage of more than 250 cell sites. The milestone achieved required completion of several SAQ scope of work which include amongst others, cell site hunting, property documentation, geotechnical study, engineering design, national permits and LGU building permits.

There are 83 sites, inclusive of the newly awarded Cable Landing Station site acquisition, that have yet to achieve the RTB status. More than 90% of these sites, however are already at the advance stage of SAQ processing and are expected to reach the RTB status in a month time. We attribute our deep local knowledge and high employment retention rate as the main  factors to our success.
